Research

An initial area of research offered by Pro-Quire is to build a database of companies qualifying as prospective on the basis of type of business and geography.

An activity that can also be integrated is the more detailed qualification of the prospect via their website and via social media and other on-line resources, to establish more about the likelihood and value of demand for the products and services offered, and also to gain details of the most likely decision making contact.



Execution

Pro-Quire’s primary area of service specialisation is out-reach communications which are led by telephone.

The objective of the contact is to ensure that the KEY message regarding the unique benefits, additional value or competitive advantages of the service offer is communicated directly to the KEY decision making contact.

The objective should result in the rapid generation of qualified meetings or other agreed actions including completed sales, within any selected prospect group.



Reporting

Pro-Quire’s performance will be tested against KPIs that are agreed in detail during scoping meetings.

Reporting is to enable the results of all contacted calls to be measured, so that the activity can be constantly assessed in terms of compaign objectives.

Reporting is also to enable all prospect data and feedback to be entered into the client’s own CRM and management information systems.
